Riikka Marjamäki

Riikka Marjamäki is a skilled professional with extensive experience in organizational development, project management, and leadership training within the context of international affairs. Currently serving as Leading Specialist at Sitra since March 2023, Riikka focuses on leadership training and facilitation related to EU affairs. Prior experience includes over a decade at CMI — Martti Ahtisaari Peace Foundation, where roles spanned from Special Adviser to President Ahtisaari to Head of Organizational Development. In these roles, Riikka was instrumental in driving sustainable growth, quality assurance, and managing projects related to conflict resolution and peace mediation. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in International Politics from the University of Tampere and a vocational degree in Service Design and Product Development from Rastor-instituutti.
