Mychael Lutz

Mychael Lutz is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Counselor Trainee at IKRON CORPORATION since January 2024, following extensive experience in various roles involving childcare and case management. As a Childcare Provider at Sitting Made Simple since April 2021, Mychael employs creativity and empathy to stimulate and support children's growth. Previous experience includes serving as a Targeted Case Manager at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, where advocacy for patients in substance use recovery was paramount. Mychael has also held positions in customer service and management, including roles at STRADERS GARDEN CENTERS and Redwood Hospitality Resources. Mychael holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, complemented by certifications in Pre Art Therapy and Deaf Studies.
