Brian Velky

Brian Velky, CFA, CRE, MAI, currently serves as a Managing Director at SitusAMC since December 2020 and also holds the position of Managing Director at Real Estate Research Corporation (RERC) from January 2002 to the present. In these roles, Brian directs various valuation and fiduciary engagements, including the TIAA Real Estate Account. Brian Velky holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa.
