Donald Guarino

Donald Guarino, CFA, CAIA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President at SitusAMC since July 2022. Previously, Donald co-founded Handysnap, a technology startup that utilized natural language processing and computer vision to enhance contractor bidding processes, while also consulting on various aspects of startup strategy. Prior roles include Director of Fund Management at Aegon Asset Management, where Donald oversaw a $5 billion multifamily portfolio, and Assistant Director, Head of Data Analytics at SitusAMC. Donald holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a triple bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa, along with coursework in Accounting from Auburn University.
