Douglas Endres

Douglas Endres is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT Service Management. Currently serving as an ITSM Ivanti Engineer at SitusAMC since August 2021, Douglas previously held various roles at Catholic Health Services from May 2012 to October 2022, including Head of IT Service Management and Service Desk Manager. Douglas also worked as an ITSM Consultant at RennerBrown for a brief period in early 2021 and gained technical support experience at The Scooter Store from May 2010 to May 2012.
