Greg Kaliman

Greg Kaliman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate finance industry. Currently serving as Director at SitusAMC since October 2017, Kaliman leads strategic business and technology solutions, enhancing asset evaluation and management. Previous roles include Vice President at Torchlight Investors, focusing on distressed CMBS debt and real estate acquisitions, and Vice President at LNR Partners, where Kaliman managed a portfolio of performing and distressed debt. An earlier career included consulting roles at Development Planning and Financing Group and analyst experience at Lehman Brothers. Kaliman holds an MBA with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Miami.
