Jasmine Killinger

Jasmine Killinger, M. Psych, currently serves as the Culture Index Program Manager at SitusAMC, where responsibilities include managing the adoption of the Culture Index to enhance employee engagement and facilitate strategic growth. Jasmine maintains data integrity, serves as the primary point of contact for surveys, and collaborates with various departments to improve recruiting and talent development. Additionally, Jasmine is the Administration Chair for the Rising Professionals Employee Resource Group, focusing on upskilling internal employees. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager 2, Project Manager, and Compliance Intern at Veterans United Home Loans, as well as Shift Manager at Going Bonker's Inc. and Student Research Assistant at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Jasmine holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
