Karen Riffe

Karen Riffe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mortgage loan consulting sector. As Managing Director at SitusAMC since January 2019, Riffe leads strategic initiatives, building on a robust foundation established during tenure as President and CEO of Meridian Asset Services from October 2000 to January 2019. Under Riffe's leadership, Meridian Asset Services, originally known as Mortgage Data Resources, developed a comprehensive database for analyzing over 8,000 assets in a notable $480 million HUD pool, providing critical oversight and analysis. Riffe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Technology from the University of South Florida.
