Leah Washburn

Leah Washburn is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in valuation management and investment analysis. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Valuation Management at SitusAMC since February 2019, Leah has built a solid foundation in the financial sector through various roles at Principal Global Investors from 2005 to 2019, including Senior Investment Analyst, Investment Manager in Mortgages, and multiple positions as Investment Analyst in Mortgages. Leah began a career in finance as a Commercial Mortgage Underwriting Intern at Principal Global Investors in 2004. Leah holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa, obtained in 2005.
