Jo Ann Buckholz

Jo Ann Buckholz, CPA (inactive), currently serves as VP Finance at Traction Capital and as a Fractional CFO for SIVO, Inc., both positions held since 2021 and 2022, respectively. Previously, Jo Ann held the role of Director of Finance/Admin at PowerObjects from 2008 to 2022, and worked as an Independent Consultant at Saslow Lufkin & Buggy, LLP from 1997 to 2005, prior to its acquisition by Crowe LLP. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Finance and Administration/Controller at Telepartner International from 1992 to 1997 and as Audit Senior at Ernst & Young from 1989 to 1992. Jo Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Accounting from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
