Tara has demonstrated expertise as a Consultant Trainer, Operations Manager, and Leader in Training, contributing to significant improvements and awards within organizations such as Flight Centre Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Business (Human Resources) from Swinburne University and a Bachelor of Teaching from Monash University, alongside several diplomas in leadership, management, and training assessment.
