Richard J. Douaihy

Richard J. Douaihy is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Park President at Six Flags since October 2022, Richard oversees all departments at the Over Texas theme park and the Hurricane Harbor Arlington water park. Prior to this role, Richard was General Manager at D Boards, where Richard significantly increased company revenue through innovative operational strategies. Richard's experience at The Middleby Corporation included roles ranging from Vice President of International Sales to Director of Operations, during which Richard enhanced product line performance and engaged with key industry stakeholders. Richard also served as Business Operations Manager at Farmers Insurance, focusing on marketing strategies and lead generation. Richard holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Finance from KEDGE Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Notre Dame University - Louaize.
