Henry Estela

Henry Estela has 8 years of professional experience in software engineering and DevOps. In 2023, they joined Six Nines IT as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Intel Corporation from 2015 to 2023 in various roles. Henry was a DevOps Engineer, where they worked on DevOps software that managed servers and allowed for validation of Windows and Linux drivers and libraries. Henry also managed labs for GPU software validation and worked with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues found on new servers and GPU platforms. As a Software Engineer, they wrote scripts for GPU software environment setup and debugging in Linux and Windows, and backported compiler features for older GPU models in MacOS. Henry also maintained a PXE boot Python scripts and in-house build system, and managed an NFS server for a small team. In 2014, they were an Undergrad Intern Technical, where they modified and updated MPI implementations to support Intel fabric hardware and libraries, and fixed performance issues with MPI implementations on current Intel True Scale Fabric hardware.

Henry Estela attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
