Masum Billah is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Commis 1 at IHG Hotels & Resorts since February 2019, specializing in Pan Asian Cuisine, including responsibilities in live kitchen, à la carte, and buffet service. Previously, Masum worked as a Commis 1 continental chef at Six Seasons Hotel and held the position of Commis 2 at Golden Tulip, The Grandmark Dhaka, focusing on the cold kitchen. Prior experience at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden includes working as a Commis 3 in the cold kitchen, responsible for mise-en-place, à la carte orders, and buffet setup. Masum's culinary journey began with a Culinary Trainee role at Platinum Suites and further training at the National Hotel and Tourism Training Institute. Masum holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Government Titumir College.
