Mike Russell

Mike Russell is a seasoned professional in systems engineering and program management with extensive experience in the defense and technology sectors. Since August 2015, Mike has served as a Senior Program Manager and Systems Engineer at BIT Systems. Prior to this role, Mike was a Systems Engineering Manager at Vencore, Inc. from November 2012 to August 2015, where leadership of an eleven-engineer team was demonstrated in the support of large government systems. Earlier in Mike's career, from July 2004 to October 2012, positions were held at Lockheed Martin and The SI Organization, Inc., focusing on systems engineering and the readiness of satellite ground systems. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Cornell University and a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Penn State University.
