Al Weggeman

Al Weggeman has a strong background in leadership and executive roles, with extensive experience in various industries. Al is currently serving as the Interim CEO at SixAxis, LLC since May 2023. Prior to this, they founded Operating Advisors, LLC in March 2023, where they provide consulting and advisory services for clients in need of high-impact results within time-sensitive situations. In 2021, Al Weggeman was the Chief Executive Officer at InVeris Training Solutions, a leading provider of integrated weapons training systems. Al successfully led the company through challenges such as the global pandemic and supply chain issues. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the President of Block Engineering, leading the team in delivering safety and security solutions. Al Weggeman also played a crucial role in restructuring L3Harris Technologies as the Interim President of Security & Detection Systems. Al has held various other leadership positions throughout their career, including VP of Survivability Systems & Global Operations at Safariland and President & CEO at SIG. Al Weggeman's expertise lies in operational improvements, strategic planning, and business transformation.

Al Weggeman has an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In addition, they have a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
