Dean Broking

Dean Broking is a seasoned technology consultant and project manager with extensive experience in managing solution delivery teams within the Human Capital Management (HCM) sector. Since August 2014, Dean has held multiple senior roles, including Principal Technology Consultant and Director of the Project Management Office at SIXCEL. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Solution Delivery Management Head at Adecco Group and Project Director at Lee Hecht Harrison, where Dean managed teams supporting a broad internal client base across North America. Prior positions include directorial roles in various Adecco business units, focusing on HCM application support and HRIS/Payroll operations, along with earlier experience in payroll management within major corporations. Dean holds a degree from the University of Phoenix.
