Maureen Darrah is a Senior SEO Strategist at Sixth City Marketing. Maureen was previously a Social Media Intern at Champion ONE from June 2017 to May 2019.

Maureen was responsible for the company's presence on social media. Maureen completed research, a competitive audit and analysis, and created a social media marketing plan for the company. Maureen also worked to implement the plan by managing the company's growing social media platforms.

Before Maureen began at Champion ONE, the B2B company had very little social media presence. Based on their research and competitive analysis, they decided that it would be best to start with LinkedIn. Maureen updated and optimized the company LinkedIn profile and began to compose posts to share. In addition, they worked closely with the sales team and showed them the benefits of social selling and helped them edit their personal profiles. Maureen regularly provided them with posts and interesting articles to share. A year after full LinkedIn implementation, the sales team grew very comfortable with posting on social media and even started to share their own original content.

After LinkedIn was up and running, Maureen created Twitter and Facebook profiles for Champion ONE. On LinkedIn and Twitter, they mostly shared industry news, company news, company job openings, and thought leadership. Facebook was utilized to show the company culture, so posts include company news, job openings, and holiday posts. Maureen kept a record of the success of these initiatives through Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, and Facebook Analytics. Maureen was able to see an increase in website traffic and leads through their work on social media for Champion ONE.

Maureen Darrah has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Xavier University. Maureen also has a High School Diploma with a GPA of 3.6 from Magnificat High School. In addition, they have various certifications from Udemy, HubSpot Academy, and Google Analytics for Business.
