Brian Berger

Brian Berger is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. Currently serving as Principal at Sixth Street since February 2019, Brian has previously held roles as Vice President and Associate at the same firm. Prior experience includes an Associate position at Lime Rock Partners from August 2016 to February 2019 and an Investment Banking Analyst role at Lazard Frères & Co. from June 2014 to June 2016, specializing in oil and gas M&A and restructuring. Brian also gained valuable experience as a Summer Analyst at Lazard and as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Goizueta Business School while pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from Emory University from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Brian completed a Business Consulting Internship at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on performance improvement and M&A due diligence.
