Giulio Passanisi

Giulio Passanisi is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Partner and Head of European Real Estate at Sixth Street since July 2013. Prior experience includes a role as Executive Director at Goldman Sachs (RMD) from January 2012 to June 2013, focusing on distressed loans and real estate acquisition, and an Associate position at Archon Group between January 2007 and December 2011, where responsibilities included real estate asset management and underwriting distressed loans. Giulio began a career in real estate structured finance and investments at Aedes S.p.A from January 2005 to December 2006, preceded by consulting work at Bosckin & Associati. Early career experience includes an internship at John Hopps and Sons S.r.l in 2003. Giulio holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Business Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and studied at Lund University in 2002-2003.
