Patrick McCarthy

Patrick McCarthy, CFA, currently serves as Principal in CLO Structuring at Sixth Street since January 2024, after holding the position of Vice President in the same area. Prior to this, Patrick was a Principal at Redding Ridge Asset Management from April 2021 to February 2024, and held various roles at J.P. Morgan from May 2018 to April 2021, including Vice President and Associate. Earlier career experience includes positions at NewStar Financial Inc. as an Asset Management and Treasury Associate and Asset Management and Treasury Analyst from December 2013 to May 2018, as well as a Finance Training Program Intern at EMC and a Finance Intern at the Massachusetts Medical Society. Patrick earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University between 2010 and 2014 and graduated from Saint John's High School in 2010.
