Raymond Lam

Raymond Lam is a seasoned financial technology executive with extensive experience in leading teams and driving innovative solutions across multiple companies. Currently serving as Managing Director at Sixth Street since November 2023, Raymond previously held several key leadership positions, including Managing Director and Head of SIMON Platform Technology at iCapital and Chief Technology Officer at SIMON Markets LLC, where a significant technical overhaul was achieved. Prior to these roles, experience includes strategic advisory at Chahaer 37 Limited and various senior positions at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities ranged from co-heading global trading strategies to overseeing equity programs in both the US and Asia. Early career foundations were established at Lehman Brothers and IBM, complemented by advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and undergraduate studies in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from prestigious institutions.
