Robert Karicod

Robert Karicod is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and transaction advisory services. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Sixth Street Partners since March 2016, Karicod has previously held significant roles at Cerberus Capital Management, spanning from 2010 to 2016, including Partner and Managing Director, as well as Partner and Director of Financial Reporting and Valuation. Prior to that, Karicod worked at Ernst & Young from 1998 to 2009, where notable positions included Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services and Vice President, Expatriate in New Delhi. Throughout a career marked by involvement in over fifty major transactions, Karicod has demonstrated a strong capacity for financial and operational diligence, managing complex investments and contributing to the growth of financial practices in international markets. Karicod holds a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business, complemented by an educational foundation from the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science.
