Sean Liu

Sean Liu is a principal at Sixth Street since 2023, having previously served as an Investment Banking Director focused on Financial Sponsors at Citi from 2014 to 2023. Liu completed an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business, where studies concentrated on Finance, Accounting, and Business Law from 2012 to 2014. Prior experience includes roles as a Private Equity Analyst/Associate at Axcel, Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Groupon, and organizing the inaugural Nordic Private Equity Conference as VP Panels. Educational background includes a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and GLOBE programs at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
