Trey Cole

Trey Cole is a seasoned professional in the field of petroleum engineering with extensive experience in various roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Principal and Vice President at Sixth Street since November 2019, Trey previously held the position of Vice President at Jefferies from September 2016 to November 2019, specializing in deal valuation within numerous key basins. Trey's background includes roles as a Reservoir Engineer at BHP from July 2012 to September 2016, and a Production Engineer during a summer internship at BHP in 2011, as well as an internship at Hilcorp in 2009. Trey possesses a comprehensive understanding of the engineering and geological parameters that drive value in lower 48 conventional plays and holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
