Tony Bassano

Tony Bassano is an experienced restaurant operations leader currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Sixty Vines since December 2022. Prior to this role, Tony held key positions at Charlotte Prime, LLC d/b/a Ruth's Chris Steak House as General Manager, and Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood where titles included District Manager and Regional General Manager. Earlier experience includes managing at Bonefish Grill and co-owning Ferrari's Little Italy & Bakery. Tony began the career at Hillstone Restaurant Group as a Manager. Tony's education includes a B.A. in Hospitality Management from Penn State University, completed in 1992. Tony has gained valuable experience in major cities such as Atlanta, Houston, and Los Angeles.
