Zach Baker has a diverse work experience in various roles related to IT support. Zach started their career as a Bar Staff at Guildford Rugby Club in 2016. In 2017, they joined UKCloud Ltd as an Internal IT Apprentice and later progressed to become an IT Support Analyst. In 2022, they worked as an IT Engineer at UKCloud Ltd. In 2022, they transitioned to Supermassive Games Ltd as a Desktop Support Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Support Desk Lead at SiXworks Limited, starting in 2023.

Zach Baker graduated from the University of Worcester in 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeology. Prior to that, they attended Reed's School from 2007 to 2012, where they completed their A Levels in Classical Civilisation, Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Zach has also obtained several certifications, including ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019, and various Microsoft certifications in 2018 such as MTA: Cloud Fundamentals, MTA: Mobility and Device Fundamentals, and MTA: Networking Fundamentals. Zach also has certifications in Level 3 Coding and Logic and Level 3 Business Processes from BCS in 2018.
