Dale Healey

Dale Healey, P.Eng., PMP, currently serves as Associate Director - Project & Programme Services at AtkinsRéalis and as the Civil Works Programme - Monitoring, Reporting and Analytics Lead for Sizewell C, both roles held since 2023. Previously, Dale was the Head of Monitoring & Reporting and Analytics for HS2 Ltd and worked in Major Projects and Programme Delivery at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs from 2021 to 2023. Dale has extensive experience as a Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant at Assystem between 2018 and 2023, and served as Project Controls Manager at Balfour Beatty plc from 2018 to 2021. Early career roles include Project Engineer positions at Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd, Canadian Natural Resources Limited, JV Driver Projects Inc., and EBC inc. Dale earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia and has additional training in welding from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and College of New Caledonia.
