Kate Tuhai

Kate Tuhai has diverse work experience in the field of UX/UI design. Kate started their career as a Freelance UX Designer, where they conducted research and created products for both B2B and B2C clients. Kate then joined VTB Bank (Europe) SE i.L. as a UX Lead Designer, where they researched, designed, and built the Digital Credit product from scratch. Kate worked at SberDevices as a UX/UI Lead and Senior Product Designer, contributing to the development of the SmartMarket app store within the SberPortal smart device, which won the prestigious Red Dot award in two categories. Kate also served as the Head of UX/UI Education Program at the British Higher School of Art and Design, managing educational programs and curriculum development. Additionally, Kate co-founded Sizze, a SaaS platform, where they took on the role of Co-Founder and UX/UI Lead, overseeing the pricing structure, web editor design, and conducting research studies. Currently, Kate holds the position of UX Lead at CastingForm, where they lead a team of designers and transformed the product into a platform for finding and paying actors.

Kate Tuhai obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Belarusian State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have also earned certifications in Typography and Layout from Artem Gorbunov Design Bureau and Product Design from the British Higher School of Art and Design in 2018.
