Kerry Kramp Jr. has extensive experience in people support, culture, and development at Sizzler USA since June 2011, focusing on understanding individual talents to strengthen the organization and foster career growth. Previously, Kerry served as Non Traditional Coordinator, managing projects like a mobile catering unit and food truck in Southern California. Before joining Sizzler, Kerry worked in business development at Raising Cane's Minnesota from May 2007 to June 2011, where efforts centered on developing the operations team and a corporate culture tailored to the brand. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth and further education from The University of Waikato.
