Steven McDermott has extensive experience in finance roles within the hospitality industry. Steven began their career at Carlson Hospitality Worldwide in 1994 as a Manager of Financial Analysis & Market Research. Steven then worked at Buffets, Inc. from 1995 to 2007 as a Senior Director of Finance. From 2006 to 2007, they also held the position of Director of Finance at Famous Dave's. In 2008, they became the Chief Financial Officer at AbeTech, leaving in 2009. Steven then joined Sizzler USA as Senior Vice President of Finance in 2009. Currently, they are the Vice President of Finance at the Grand Mere Restaurant Group, starting in 2019.
