Mats Pehrson

Mats Pehrson is an experienced Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer, currently working at SJ AB since November 2021 and serving as a Senior Agile Coach at Objektfabriken since April 1999. With a robust background in change management and process improvements, Mats has taught the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) at NFI Competence since February 2017. Previous roles include Agile Coach positions at Oriola Corporation, Skatteverket, Apoteket, Collectum, Folksam, Swedbank, and Infinera, where responsibilities included supporting SAFe implementations and establishing value streams. Mats holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, earned between 1987 and 1992.
