Norbert Zietmann

Norbert Zietmann is an experienced system engineer specializing in exterior and interior door systems for rolling stock. Currently serving as a consultant for Trafikförvaltningen, Region Stockholm, since December 2024, and SJ AB since November 2019, Norbert assists with exterior door expertise in ongoing projects. As the owner of Norbert Zietmann Consulting AB since September 2019, expertise in systems engineering encompasses all project phases, from concept development to validation. Previous experience includes significant roles at Bombardier from January 2010 to October 2019, where responsibilities ranged from leading technical integrations of door and gangway systems to delivering technical bids for new light rail vehicles. Norbert Zietmann holds a degree in Automotive Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden and speaks German, Danish, English, and Swedish fluently.
