Jatin Balavari

Jatin Balavari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and IT workforce augmentation sectors. As Co-Founder of SJ DigiTech Private Limited since August 2018, Jatin leads innovative hiring solutions to bridge the talent gap in the IT industry. Previous roles include Resource Manager at SmartSource USA and Sourcing Manager at Vertex Computer Systems, where Jatin specialized in various technology hiring areas including AWS, Azure, Data Science, and leadership recruitment. Prior to these positions, Jatin was involved in technical recruiting and sales at Credera and held a recruiter position at IBM Kenexa. Jatin earned a BA in Economics from Kakatiya University, graduating in 2006.
