Ben Deichmann

Ben Deichmann has over 17 years of experience in engineering and project management. Ben started their career in 2004 at Roger Ward Engineering as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for scoping projects and overseeing site development engineering for various types of projects. In 2007, they joined Lauth Property Group as a Manager of Site for the Healthcare team, where they conducted due diligence and site evaluations for projects across multiple states. In 2012, they became the Vice President at SJCA, where they hold a leadership role.

Ben Deichmann, PE, LEED® AP earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Ben attended Carmel High School from 1996 to 1998.
