Francesc Ricart

Francesc Ricart has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Francesc has worked as a Human Resources Director at various companies such as Lacer, Tradisa Operador Logístico, and Reckitt Benckiser, where they implemented talent attraction and development programs. Francesc has also worked as a Human Resources Associated Lecturer at EADA and CEF. Francesc Ricart has a strong background in supporting organizational transformation and implementing new business models. Francesc is currently serving as the People & Values Director at Hospital Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona.

Francesc Ricart completed an EMBA in Business Administration from Esade in 2007. Francesc then obtained a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Labour Relations from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1994 to 1996. Francesc'searliest educational achievement was a Graduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, which they completed from 1983 to 1988.

Francesc Ricart has also obtained several certifications, including "Productividad Empresarial con IA: ChatGPT" from edX in 2023, "Establishing Work from Home Policies" from LinkedIn in 2020, "Excel: PivotTable Tips" from LinkedIn in 2020, "People Analytics" from LinkedIn in 2019, "Employee Experience" from LinkedIn in 2019, and "HR and Digital Transformation" from LinkedIn in 2019.
