Hildur Árnadóttir

Hildur Árnadóttir has been on the board of Sjóvár since March 15, 2019. She was chairman of the board from November 2019 to March 2020. Hildur holds a Cand. Oecon. degree in Business Administration from the University of Iceland and completed a degree as a Certified Public Accountant. Hildur worked as a certified public accountant and owner at KPMG 1990-2004, CFO of Bakkavör Group hf. and later as a consultant in the Office of the CEO 2004-2014, Head of Treasury Íslandsbanki 2014-2015 and in consulting and board work from 2016. Over the years, Hildur has served on the boards of many companies in various sectors of the economy, such as the board of Bakkavör Group hf., Exista hf. ., Lýsing hf., Skipti hf., VÍS hf. and the Chamber of Commerce. She has also been a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Hildur sits on the boards of Íslandsstofa, Arctic Fish Holding SA and its subsidiaries, Eldeyjar eignarhaldsfélag hf., Norðursiglingar hf., Íþäka fasteignir ehf., Argyron ehf. and MyPulse ehf.

Hildur is independent of the company, day-to-day management and large shareholders of the company.
