Patrick Jennings

Patrick Jennings has extensive experience in the real estate industry, working in various senior roles. Patrick is currently the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at SJP Properties, where they focus on expanding the company's portfolio of assets. Prior to this role, they served as the Managing Director at The Arden Group, responsible for investment, asset management, fundraising, and fund strategy execution. Patrick also worked as the Principal at PDJ Land Capital I, LLC, and as a Principal of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Murray Hill Properties, Inc. At Murray Hill Properties, they were responsible for managing investments throughout the value-add cycle and fundraising efforts. Patrick has a strong background in financial due diligence, deal structuring, and building relationships with institutional joint-venture investment partners.

Patrick Jennings attended Boston College from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. In 1998, they also spent a term studying Economics at the City University of Hong Kong.
