Ankit Goel

Ankit Goel has worked at multiple companies throughout their career. Ankit started as an Intern in Instrumentation Engineering at Bhilai Steel Plant in 2007, where they tested transducers and sensors used in instrumentation labs and studied electronic equipment in the steel industry. In 2008, they interned as an Electrical Engineering Intern at CG State Electricity. In this role, they gained experience in electrical engineering. Ankit then joined Infosys in 2009 as a Systems Engineer, where they supported Microsoft applications and verified database entries for Microsoft servers. In 2012, they moved to EchoStar Corporation as an Embedded Software Engineer I, where they developed and maintained ATE test cases and improved Disk Self-Test for hard drives. In 2015, Ankit was promoted to Embedded Software Engineer II at EchoStar Corporation and developed tests for the Multimedia over Coax Alliance (MoCA) 2.0 standard. In 2017, Ankit joined DISH Network as an Embedded Software Engineer II, following the acquisition of a division of EchoStar Corporation. In this role, they designed and implemented new features for IoT embedded devices. Currently, Ankit is working as a Staff Firmware Test Development Engineer at SK hynix memory solutions America Inc., where they lead SSD firmware validation projects.

Ankit Goel's education history begins with their completion of the SSC degree at Delhi Public School in Bhilai from 2003 to 2005. During this time, their field of study included Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Computer, and English. Following this, Ankit Goel attended Bhilai Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009, earning a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication. Lastly, from 2010 to 2012, Ankit Goel pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder.
