Paul Fahey has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Paul has held various leadership roles in companies including SK hynix, Intel, JEDEC Solid State Technology Association, and IBM. At SK hynix, they served as the VP of Technology in multiple departments, including Advanced Memory, Technical Marketing and FAE, and Technology Strategy. Paul also served on the Board of Directors at JEDEC Solid State Technology Association.
During their time at Intel, Paul held the position of Director of Platform Memory Operations, where they led a team responsible for establishing memory adoption on CPU/Platform roadmaps and managing the memory industry ecosystem. Paul also served as the Technology Manager and Program Manager, working closely with memory companies to develop memory specifications and ensuring platform-level compatibility.
In addition, Paul played a critical role in JEDEC's governance committee, where they led the revision of JEDEC's patent policy, earning praise for their ability to build consensus and provide leadership within the industry. At IBM, they held positions as a Member of the Technical Staff, contributing to the development of advanced semiconductor technologies and physical sciences.
