Arutyun Arutyunyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and transformational leadership across diverse industries. Currently serving as Senior Director for New Policy Management Solution at Tryg, Arutyunyan has developed strong stakeholder relationships and led critical programs for optimal solution delivery. Previous roles include Director of Strategic Initiatives and Special Projects, Director of Big Data, and Head of Transformation for New Claims System at Tryg, as well as Chief Transformation Manager at Nordea, where significant scaling and program management were achieved. Additionally, Arutyunyan contributes as an External Advisor and Coach at SK ID Solutions and serves as Chairman of the Board at Smart Distribution OU.
