Vishaal Kuruvanka

Vishaal Kuruvanka is currently a Summer Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates since May 2025 and serves as a Staff Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy. Vishaal is the Founder and CEO of Promoting Education Across the Country (P.E.A.C.), a non-profit focused on engaging youth in their communities through social responsibility and entrepreneurship. Previous experience includes roles as a Law Clerk for the United States Senate Judiciary Committee, Legal Research Scholar at Blockchain Capital, and Researcher at Paradigm. Vishaal has also interned at Vinson & Elkins and served as the Founder/Director of the Mayor's Student Leadership Alliance in Houston, proposing educational initiatives to the city’s leadership. Additionally, Vishaal was the Vice Curator for the Global Shapers Community at the World Economic Forum. Vishaal is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at Georgetown University Law Center and holds a dual degree in Mathematical Biology and Economics from the University of Houston.
