Jens Bjørn then pursued Intermediate Economics at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1991 to 1992 at the Sosialøkonomisk institutt. In 1996, Jens attended the MiL Institute to study strategic leadership (MUC) for a year. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued an MBA at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Jens further expanded their education by attending the Executive Leadership Program (IMD-Orkla) at IMD in 2015 and 2016. In 2021 and 2022, they pursued the IDP-C program at INSEAD. Finally, in 2023, Jens completed the Advanced Valuation program at NYU Stern School of Business.

Additionally, Jens Bjørn Staff has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they completed the Executive Program from Orkla Digital Academy. Following that, in 2022, they received the Certification in Corporate Governance from INSEAD Executive Education. Lastly, in 2023, Jens obtained the Certification in Advanced Valuation from NYU Stern School of Business.
