L. Monica Negrila

L. Monica Negrila is an experienced professional in the fields of human services and mental health, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Skagit County since October 2024. Prior roles include Human Services Manager and Human Services and Social Sustainability Administrator for the City of Issaquah from December 2018 to October 2024, as well as Executive Director at IKRON OF GREATER SEATTLE from November 2011 to November 2018. L. Monica Negrila has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Lake Washington Institute of Technology from September 2018 to April 2021. Previous positions encompass various roles at IKRON CORPORATION and Community Psychiatric Clinic, notably as Program Director and Vocational Manager/Clubhouse Director. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Bucharest.
