Nancy Blaire has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Nancy worked at Skagit Regional Health from 2015 to the present. In their current role as a Cyber Risk Lead, they develop and implements cyber risk management and security awareness programs, collaborates with information security and IT teams to assess threats, and provides practical education and communication on cyber risks for employees and staff. Prior to this, Nancy was the Project Management Office Lead at Skagit Regional Health from 2018 to 2021, where they prioritized and led transformative technology initiatives and managed IT financial operations. Before joining Skagit Regional Health, Nancy worked at Loma Linda University Health from 2012 to 2015, where they served as a Marketing & Communications Specialist and also gained experience as a Business Intern.

Nancy Blaire earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications: Public Relations & Advertising and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from La Sierra University, which they attended from 2006 to 2011. Nancy later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance, General from the University of Redlands, completing their degree between 2011 and 2013. Nancy also obtained additional certifications, including the Open FAIR™ Certification Program from The Open Group in 2022 and has demonstrated proficiency in Epic Beaker.
