Skagit Valley Hospital
Frei Burton was appointed to the Board in January 2019. Burton, a 14-year resident of Mount Vernon, is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has been a member of the Skagit Valley Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees since 2016, is involved with the Conway PTA and has a background in healthcare. Burton and her husband, Ben, are owners of Arrow Insulation, Arrow Conservation and Arrow Electric.
