Sarah Innes

Sarah Innes has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sarah most recently served as the HR Director at Skai, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior HR Manager, AMER at Skai from April 2020 to April 2022. Sarah also worked as an HR Consultant at People Management Partners from January 2018 to October 2019. Sarah has held positions such as HR Director - EMENA at Exponential from April 2016 to December 2017, and Chief Human Resources Officer at HCA Healthcare UK from April 2011 to April 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Officer at TMP Worldwide UK from February 2008 to April 2011, and as an HR Advisor at POOLIA UK LIMITED from June 2006 to February 2008.

Sarah Innes completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology with Media Communications at the University of Gloucestershire from 2003 to 2006. Sarah then went on to earn a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) from 2008 to 2011.
