Yana Ifraimov

Yana Ifraimov currently serves as an NOC Operator at Skai, focusing on production issues within the Network Operation Center since August 2023. Previously, Yana worked as a Business Products Technical Support Specialist and as a Technical Support Specialist at ESET Israel | Comsecure LTD, handling Tier 2 support for ESET Antivirus and ESET Security business products from July 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, Yana was a Help Desk Representative at Applied Materials, providing support for EMEA region clients on various technology issues from January to July 2022. Yana also gained experience as a Network Administrator in Israeli Military Intelligence, maintaining military computer systems from November 2020 to November 2021, and worked as an Education and Social Assistant at Danel Group, supporting families with children on the autism spectrum in early 2020. Yana is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, expected to be completed by February 2028.
