Hervé Manceron has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1986. Starting as a Software Engineer at Kortex, they then became the CEO of VOX S.A. in 1988, where they built the company up from 0 to 10M€ in revenues in 7 years. In 1995, they took on the role of European General Manager at NMS Communications, where they were in charge of Operations and Sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 1999, they became the President and CEO of WellX, the first European PCBX developer. In 2005, they became the Business Development Director at Netbricks, the first European Telecom protocol Stacks Editor. Finally, in 2006, they became the CEO and COO of Skaleet (formerly TagPay), a software vendor providing mobile Digital Banking Systems (DBS). As COO, they are in charge of organizing sales worldwide and responsible for R&D.
Hervé Manceron's education history includes attending the Prytanee militaire from 1978 to 1979, where they obtained a Bac C. Hervé then attended Classes Prépa Stanislas from 1980 to 1982 and obtained a Sup, Spé M'. Lastly, they attended the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained an Engineer degree in Computer Sciences.
