Naseef KPO has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Intern at 3M India. In the same year, they also co-founded hidile software development, a startup that provided IT and development services to SMEs in Kerala as well as international clients. In 2016, Naseef joined Hexaware Technologies as a Lead in Performance Marketing & Analytics, where they worked until 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Director of Marketing at e-con Systems. Currently, Naseef is the Founder & CEO of Skalegrow, a company that helps B2B companies in the IT, SaaS, tech, and embedded industries with their marketing strategies and growth goals.
Naseef KPO completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at Grenoble Ecole de Management. Prior to that, Naseef earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
